How is it possible for this company to receive any...

How is it possible for this company to receive anything over 1 Star? I sent an email to Tony about an apartment on Gold street asking for specifics on the lease. Yes, I m looking one and half month in advance...I don t want to rush into an apartment without information. So I get a response too early thanks . That s it? You can t tell me what s coming up in a couple of weeks? You can t take more than 5 minutes to respond to an email professionally and give some Information? Horrible customer service, they must be using an ad reputation company to boost reviews on google because based on what I read I certainly am not being treated that way. I ll take my cash elsewhere.
