About a year ago I sent you a defective daewoo vacuum cleaner, still under warranty. I received a phone call from an employee of yours who told me that due to its improper maintenance, the engine failed (the peak as I did the proper maintenance) and the price of the repair is somewhere around 500 lei. Of course I did not accept because its value was 300 lei. I sent him to send me the vacuum cleaner back and I bought another one. Today, with a little free time, I cleaned the garage and came across it. Being in the field (electronic engineer) I opened it to do my work, when there, what to see .... a wire torn from a coal .... whatever it is .... I take off my slipper to the other coal, I put the engine out, mow the broken wire, mount it and let go of the vacuum cleaner ... Suddenly buummm is heard (starts but stops immediately) .... I open it again, I look more closely and I see the buffer of the broken engine .... The thing is simple, the pad is broken, the engine is not stable and when it leaves it breaks the coal wire. I advise you to give your interest and not to make fun of people ... Very ugly of you, for a rubber pad to remove a vacuum cleaner from the warranty, more precisely to throw it in the dumpster. There are poor people who rely on you. You are a service that represents many home appliance companies. You're making fun of us !!!!
