We bought an Uplift desk for our son when he visits and works from our home. We are very pleased with the quality of the desk. It is very well made. We had some trouble installing the keyboard tray system. Once the strap is cut and the coil is released, if it falls out of the track, the mechanism locks up as if it were welded together. This happened to us and we called Uplift for help. Kevin Walkup, one of their warranty associates, was extremely helpful in resolving our issue. They did replace the arm and the second time around in our installation we were successful. Great desk and good company to work with. We did get a youtube video on installing the keyboard tray system which was very helpful.
