I started my search for a condo with minimal knowledge on how the home buying process works. Matt and his team sat down and walked me through the entire process and gave time estimates on each step. Matt sent Tyler to help me, who was very thorough and sent a ton of condos that matched what I was looking for/within price range. He made himself available everyday and was always able to book showings the very next day. We saw many condos in a 3 weeks span and Tyler acted in a professional manner each day we saw him. Even among the COVID-19 pandemic, Tyler was able to meet with me and show me places. Jamie was great in finalizing details and sending everything both the seller and I needed in a timely manner.
