The Dragon Slayer Review of Hamilton Computer Repairs

I honestly want to give a better rating at this point, but after today's experience with David, I am not certain that I can. I am still attempting to wait patiently for my computer to be repaired correctly. I am expecting a completion date of February 4, 2020. It has been about 2-3 weeks so far since I dropped the PC off to HPR.I have tried to be pro-active and polite, and call appropriately to check on the status of my repair job. Today, I was literally told not to call again until I am informed as to a progress update, and that I had allegedly "called 8 times already and every day," which I must argue is not true. I was also threatened with an extra "expedition fee" if I am "rushing the repair job." Gone are the days, it seems sadly, that "the customer was always right," and was treated with politeness and courtesy. I am quite afraid that the staff and owner of Hamilton PC Repair do not have the customer's best interests at heart and do not treat them as their #1 priority. It seems evident to me that they are more concerned with "The Almighty Buck" instead. $$$ I was quite shocked at the impoliteness and aggressive tone of David when he called me back today. I am a disabled person on the autistic spectrum, and I do not handle such things very well, emotionally or otherwise. I have tried to maintain a professional demeanor, but it is increasingly difficult in light of present circumstances. Likely, I will hopefully be able to pick up my fully-functional computer on 2/4/2020, but it is not at all likely that I will do business with this repair shop again, because of the negative customer service experience that I have been receiving.
