Pizza Ordered and not even cut before!

Pizza Ordered and not even cut before!
You look out of the first floor on the garbage cans!
For the 2nd time again ordered pizza and again not cut.
The Vapiano Hamburg Bergedorf is the standard!
Ordered pizza here for the third time and although I asked to cut the pizza, it was not cut again.
I'm really disappointed !
