An elderly relative in poor physical and mental health was sent here after he attempted suicide. Communication with me and between staff members was terrible. Some of the front desk staff were rude and condescending and weren't able to answer any of my questions about my relative's condition. The facility doctor was rude and condescending when I asked simple questions about his health condition -- terrible bedside manner and I had some serious doubts about his competency as a physician.

Everyone here seemed focused on the simple logistics of keeping my relative from killing himself (no sharp objects!), but no one seemed focused on actual healing (emotional and physical) from this traumatic event.
