I recently had a second back surgery and after receiving exceptional care the first time Requested to be sent back directly from Baylor Uptown to Encompass Plano.
The service/ care for over 12 days was just as I remembered. From the Nurses, Physical Therapist, Front Desi, Food Service, Nurses Aide, and Maintance staff were not only Professional but Caring when meeting my overall needs towards my recovery.
I would not hesitate to recommend Encompass to both family and friends if ever a need arose.
I am now home and continuing with home care through Encompass.
Felt it was necessary to share my Second experience and if I return it would just be as a visitor,,
