I was fortunate enougt to look a week before coming and more tickets had opened up for when I would be visiting Amsterdam. However, tickets go on sale 2 months in advance and sell out quickly.
The House itself is a great experience. It takes you to a whole different side of Anne Frank's story. You are able to learn more about her and see the annex where she lived. They do a great job preserving the annex and providing background information throughout the museum before you enter where the bookcase was that hid the entrance to the attic.
