Beware of shady Meetings and Events deals.
This property is beautiful and some of the service staff were genuinely helpful but that stops with Banquet Sales. They have NO shame in promising one thing verbally and in documented email threads and then charging beyond agreed costs. My group had a regulated cap per person spend which we emphasized over and over again, even double and triple checking that the package we were being offered came within that cap all inclusive of tax and service charges. However, upon receiving contract and final bill, we were charged for what we believed was negotiated within scope of the budget - that we LABORED over with them. There was no explanation, no apologies, and no adjustments. This group is so insincere and "sales" (ie. $$) focused, I would definitely take your business elsewhere. They simply don't care about the client.
