This company is truly the worst I have ever dealt ...

This company is truly the worst I have ever dealt with, including Rogers. So if you have sense, find another financing company. Don t put yourself through what so many others have dealt with. Here is a sample of the bullsh*t I have dealt with:
- being hung up on by customer service
- having voicemails ignored
- being lied to by customer service (on record)
- being told inaccurate information about my account
- rude and snarky employees
- they accepted a FRAUDULENT document slowing third-party insurance that my co-signer (ex) submitted after we broke up; my name wasn t even spelled correctly, and they did nothing to investigate; informed me that I had to file a police report if I wanted them to do something about it; my co-signer admitted to his forging my signature and the result was Trend telling him to resubmit without my signature, as long as he keeps making payments
- tell me that they have no obligation to inform me of changes that occur on my account (they put this in writing), so I am constantly calling them to ensure I am aware of any changes my ex is making without my permission
- refused to let me speak to their legal department

AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
PREDATORY COMPANY!
