Can't say much for this dealership or the Finance ...

Can't say much for this dealership or the Finance Manager John Ferranola. My warranty was never submitted correctly by the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I paid for a warranty that I dont even have! I'm up to 14 phone calls, numerous unanswered voicemails and 5 emails. Forget getting a call back. The issue is STILL not fixed. We are going on 2 months here......I even spoke to the General Manager who promised me I would get a call back the next day. Guess what.....no call. If I didn't live out of state I would be in that showroom in a heartbeat. This is absolutely ridiculous.
