I drive a Lexus IS 250C and typically bring my car to Lexus of Bellevue for my servicing, even though I live here in downtown Seattle. I was looking for something a bit more convenient so I decided to schedule my service at your dealership. Today was my first time there.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with BJ Smyth. BJ greeeted me when I first got there and obtained the background on my vehicle. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He was also very informative and thorough. I find I am very infrequently impressed nowadays with the service (s) you receive as a consumer and I was incredibly impressed with your dealership.

From now on, I plan to bring my car there for ALL future servicing.

Keep up the great work and give BJ an atta boy!
