I went to A&E as directed by my GP at Hand doctor When I finally saw a doc, he proceeded to sit me down and berate me harshly for coming to A&E and for using GP at hand. He refused to examine me bar checking my temperature and told me if I wanted to be treated to go and register with a real doctor. He continued to shout at me and attack GP at Hand and went as far as to call them with the intention to flog them for sending me to them. I was accused of having an agenda because I said I was worried my illness might be cancer and was reduced to tears by his behaviour.

I have never been so humiliated and devastated in my life. I am not a doctor or a person that understands the internals of the NHS. I am just a very sick person who is scared and frustrated because no one in the NHS seems to want to help me. I am disgusted by the behaviour of this doctor. No one, especially someone who is sick and frightened and in TEARS, should be shouted at for trying to seek help. Despicable.
