My lease agreement with with First Service Residen...

My lease agreement with with First Service Residential. I have a garbeurator that keeps clogging because it's a very cheap unit. I call for a plumber and find out the unit I rent was sold 2 days ago. Nobody told me anything, First Service neglecting to inform me that the unit was sold and refused to address the issue with my clogged garbeurator and sink. In addition, they refused to disclose the name and contact number of the "new owner". I never received anything in writing to advise me that my agreement with them was no longer in effect and who was assuming responsibility for it, so why won't they deal with my sink issue? Very poorly managed, low level employees who can't get their act together and effectively communicate.
