My first experience with using their services to printing some magnets of images of my paintings didn't turn out so well, but at least they only charged me for the good ones. In good faith a few months later I placed an order of 200 copies for my coffee table book. 12"X12" hardbound. Price was very reasonable compared to other places, even those I found online, and the quality of the finished product was outstanding! Well worth the extra wait time during the holidays. Julie again set up a generous amount of meeting times and worked with me step by step to show me all the paper and binding options for the pages and the cover. Then we did two hard copy test runs to get the colors properly adjusted for all the mages. Finally we met to go over spelling and properly paragraphing some of the text. In short, they took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I gave the go ahead. And, they can provide you with templates you need so you can can have the formatting for your project all ready with a PDF.
