Booked a taxi on line the day before. I called 6 hrs before the scheduled pickup time and verified my reservation. 15 min. Past the scheduled time i called to see where the cab was, and dispatcher said "no one had picked it up yet", but that she would have a taxi there in 15 min. Now 30 min. past my scheduled pickup taxi still not here and never showed up. I missed my own birthday dinner! Wtf horrible service.
