Awful experience with Hoppa for us too. Booked a car and they didn't show up. Waited 40 minutes, 3am in the morning, cold and rain, calling this awful customer service totally unreliable. Eventually Hoppa suggested us to call another company or a taxi. Last minute we paid a fortune and almost lost our flight. A bunch of liars. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! Still waiting for a refund! Absolutely unbelievable!
