Purchased a 2016 Giant Trance 2 from Start Haus (thanks Stan), bike is amazing.
Entire staff is great! Special thanks to Jerod and Aaron for choice and setup recommendations.
Lead mechanic Aaron is the real deal and was very helpful and patient when tuning the suspension to my liking.
I ended up having an issue with the rear brake after a couple weeks, no problem, Aaron replaced the rear caliper on the house in 30 minutes right before closing time. Thanks Aaron!
