I tried to upgrade my system with the new panel & the door bell camera,I did the transaction by phone since I'm currently customer I won't be paying the cost of the doorbell as long as I will be renewing for the next 5 years.The day came to install the equipment but the technician told us that we don't have a hard wire so he can't install the new equipment.I called the customer service & told them since the equipment was not installed I want the renewal for 5 years to disregard,but I was told they can not change that anymore since I agreed to that,it's legally binded. I was so upset the person just lower the years of my contract with them.And also I received a bill for the installation but when I called the person told me he will removed the bill but still got that bill.I hope one of these days Vivint can install the new panel & doorbell with camera to my place without any conditions.And please don't force your customer to a long contract.
