No patient empathy. I had gone to the same dr here for many years. I became sick from food bacteria overseas and called on my way from ER saying, tell him to call me. Nothing. Two days later, I called again to tell the office what I had and that I was on a long road to recovery. I asked for his number or email. The woman on the phone snapped at me: you can t just contact him directly, he s a doctor. Done with this group as of Aug 2018.
