My wife and I worked with Trish Mitchell at PorchLight and it would be a big understatement if I simply said our experience was awesome. Trish was extremely professional, diligent, provided good advice, was our champion in working with the seller/broker and was not afraid to disagree with us - and that last one is invaluable. In making such an important financial decision, hearing what we needed to (vs what we wanted to) was critical. Trish also helped us assemble an amazing team - from mortgage broker to insurance agent - and more. Even when she left for vacation, she made sure we were taken care of by a peer and she still was working for us when she was in Mexico. The actual closing was a breeze because of Trish!
