A huge thank you to Dan. I dropped in hoping to get some help with the chain I had got hopelessly stuck in the crankset. He promptly came to help and kept trying (needed lots of brute force and some clever thinking) until the problem was solved. Was impressed by his good nature throughout, not least because this was on a busy afternoon and I could see he had lots of work on his plate. A real credit to the Cycle Evans! Thanks again.
