What a fantastic experience start to finish! If you re in the market for a new car, I promise you won t be disappointed if you shop with Michael Moyer at Hendricks City Chevrolet. He was not only professional, but he came in on his day off to help us for a second day, and had fun while doing it. Never once did we feel like we were inconveniencing him on his day off, he did it with a smile on his face! His sales manager Scott also made us feel very comfortable and was very involved with his associates. Coming from a background of customer service management I know it s hard to find such willing employees nowadays but everyone at city Chevrolet was smiling and friendly in passing! What a wonderful atmosphere. We went to a Chevrolet dealer in concord, and there was no comparison of the service received from the two dealers. We ended up buying a 2018 traverse from city Chevrolet and will definitely do business with them again in the future! Truly an outstanding experience! Thank you city Chevrolet!
