My experience of Arc of Monroe's 'service coordinators' has proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that thay are the female counterpart of the same county's 'peace officers': in short, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
Their psychiatrist is literally a Nazi.
Only their therapist, Johnny Sparrow, has been the best therapist I've worked with.
And Missy at the front desk is more knowledgeable and caring than the whole Service Coordination department combined.
But if you aren't a rabid leftist, Arc of Monroe County will be mostly hell for you.
