We bought my mom her second Honda CRV and John Young was the man to see. The coolest part was the fact that John's dad sold her the first one. I was very impressed with how John was so sweet and caring with my mother, who is 84 and still going strong. He answered all her questions and concerns. She felt listened to and respected.
