If I could I'd give it 0 stars. They are the worst...

If I could I'd give it 0 stars. They are the worst insurance company I've every seen. I was in a very bad car accident last year and the claims department was very rude. 6 months later I get a piece of mail stating my license was being suspended due to me not closing my case of last year. The gentleman that was suppose to have closed my case did not because he quit and nobody notified me.. I'm now having to pay a reinstatement fee because I need my license and they denied any fault.. RIDICULOUS.
