Who could ask for anything more than a kind, caring staff when you are stressed about your animals injury? I got an appointment for my cat, Alice Longtail, on the following day because her tail yes her longtail, had an infection due to a fight with one of my other cats. Didn t have to wait long in the really clean, quiet waiting area & was asked if I needed anything while waiting. An assistant technician saw Alice first & then I was helped with information by Dr. Temple she gave me the treatment options & made me aware of future problems that are encountered by older cats. No pushy salesmanship here! Hope I won't be back tooo soon, though (-; !!!
