Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's awesome that they are 24 hours, as the time I went here they were the only vet open.

I took my cat here for inappropriate urination. She was given an antibiotic and had a urine sample taken. Over the week, she wasnt feeling better at all, So I took her to a new vet for a second opinion. The new vet discovered fleas on her, and that she appeared to be allergic to them. There is little marks all over her from itching that this vet did not find. The new vet diagnosed her with idiopathic cystitis from stress, where this vet, it just felt like they tested the urine sample and pretty much said good luck, lol. I would suggest Austin Urban Pet Center, especially if you have cats. this place is great for an emergency, but not so much as a primary care vet.
