Office and scheduling is terrible. Took 3 weeks to get them to do a job, they "promised to cone the next day" but really came 3 days later at night. The guys that did come were good and very nice. They did fix my pool but they're the only reason for 3 stars. Unacceptable to take 3 weeks to come...
