Sg. Ladies and Gentlemen, due to a lack of possibilities, I use this medium. In summary: I sent a Huawei Mate 20 Pro for repair on April 6, 2020 (received by the service partner) (warranty claim). Since then it is NOT POSSIBLE to find out where my cell phone is or when I get it back in countless phone calls with your hotline. The statements differ between repaired in week 1 and sent (on 04/10/2020) via not sent, but then again not found, then found in the workshop, then sent again (the second time), then again after a cell phone not received for a week the statement that the status is unknown is then sent back to today where once again I am waiting for a call back from someone who has the competence to make a difference here.

The fact is: My property is somewhere, nobody can tell me (after about 10 calls that I have actively initiated) where my cell phone is or what condition it is and I am always "understood" and "it does very well." everybody sorry ". I have not yet received my property back, do not know the status and do not know if or when I will get it back (if I get it again).

I have no way to make a difference here. Nobody with enough powers calls me back, I can only turn on consumer protection or legal protection to get my property back.

Or write to the Managing Director or even Director of Huawei Austria.

How should you remain a Huawei customer in these circumstances?

Update today, 8:00 p.m .: The call for the last Friday, certainly late today, by the Huawei escalation management has not yet taken place, despite another two-time reminder by me today. In theory, the hotline is open until 8 p.m., but as I predicted to my colleagues this morning and noon, there will probably be no information today.
