Fantastic location right where the cruise ships do...

Fantastic location right where the cruise ships dock. Staff were fine. Buildings are getting a little tired and worn. Management was atrocious. Girl at the front desk gave us breakfast coupons and the manager took them away. Concierge said we could leave our bags for a few hours when we came back from the cruise and the manager said no. Won't be going back.
