This is a very unorganized facility one staff member doesn't know what the other staff members doing considering a patient and a patient's treatment. I have the pleasure of encountering and Elise from occupational therapy who walked up in the middle of my conversation with my client telling me that I can't talk about someone else's DNR status, she came over all rude and nasty. Upon discharge the nurse expected the patient to go to the desk for instructions and paperwork, we seem to inconvenience her that she actually had to come to the patient's room with discharge papers and instructions. First impressions are everything and the minute you walked in the door you experience that the fact we'll see and staff at this institution is incompetent
