Bought a used car-windows broke 3 days later! Service department told me they were doing me a favor to get it. Parts were to be in on a Friday. I had to call the following Mon to see if parts were in! Check engine light on at 2 weeks after purchase. Called on warranty I purchased on my used vehicle and learned it wasn't active, I had to go back to Auburn Chev. They couldn't fix the problem, told me it was okay to drive. At 30 days after purchase, new light on dash. Car is in Ellensburg with my son. Call on warranty-tell me to call Auburn Chev. Two people there tell me I can take the car anywhere. Goes to dealer in Ellensburg. They diagnose and learn I can't use warranty because Auburn Chev has a 90 day clause. I've called them about warranty several times and was NEVER told this! I called Auburn Chev and told them i wanted repairs done in Ellensburg and paid by them. Only good thing they've done for me. Do they call to tell me they aurhorized repairs? Nope-hear it from the dealer in Ellensburg. To be fair-Auburn Chev did finally call me the next morning. Getting previous check engine problem and new problem fixed by new dealer. Thank goodness for them! Asked about plates-oh, they are here, but big surprise, no phone call to me! Extremely frustrsted with the service I've received!! Never had this many issues buying a used car in my life!
