It s really hard on a person that suffers depression and anxiety to wait over an hour only to find out the person they were scheduled with isn t even there. Not only was an email and text sent for confirmation but also automated call. Someone who is chemically imbalanced has a hard time dealing with these things at the best of times. And we wonder why people don t get proper help in the end
