The worst hotel stay of my life!

The worst hotel stay of my life!
Living took place in August of 2018.
Room 130 assigned: dark, with a column in the middle and with a small window that overlooked a "magnificent" panorama of tar roofs and garbage collection (see photo); despite the immediate request for a change, it was replaced the next day.
Rooms with a very limited number of power sockets, none near the bed, and in some cases only in the bathroom. To make up for the shortage, they use multiple sockets and slippers that do not guarantee any security (see photo).
Cleaning deficient and poorly organized.
Unacceptable maintenance. Already on arrival there was a need for numerous maintenance interventions: telephone, shower faucet, light switch near the bed malfunctioning or not working. Interventions requested several times at reception. The moment the maintenance personnel entered the room, instead of solving the problem, he created others. An example: they left the room without water.
The lift that allows the disabled to reach the pool level without making stairs (excellent solution, if it worked) could not be used independently, it was not equipped with any bell for requesting help or instructions displayed with the description of the operation; above all, none of the staff knew how it worked. I saw more disabled people stuck in the elevator not knowing how to ask for help.
When I explained everything to the director, I was told that his primary commitment was to fill the hotel and then customer satisfaction came!
Given all the problems encountered, they did not even have the taste to make a discount on the first night spent in the room with a view on the garbage.
I would not have expected such a stay even in a very small category pension, let alone in a "grand hotel".
