Came for the Opendays 2019 to Geneva and had 15:00...

Came for the Opendays 2019 to Geneva and had 15:00-16:00 time slot booked. Arrived at 14:00 and was told, that the Atlas (which I booked) was closed for the day as there were too many people. Please don t organise such an event and let me travel from far if you are so incapable of executing an openday. I m highly annoyed and disappointed.
