Last month I brought my daughters Toyota SUV into your dealership and spoke to Mike, in your service dept. There was a problem with the brakes and I was under a tight schedule, but the repair was an odd one and the SUV had to be kept till Monday to get the parts and install them. Mike brought me over to the rental Manager, Chris, who fixed me up with one of your rental cars. The repairs were done as promised on Monday and Mike and Chris helped put the baby seats back in the car for my daughter. I want you to know you have 2 employees at your New Hampton dealership who were HONEST, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL, I would recommend your dealership to the traveling public.
