Hot water (top floor) was a gamble for showers. Coffee machine in the room was missing the filter so only hot water could be made, even though the coffee packs were included.

Majority of TV channels were unavailable due to a conflict with the provider. Our room did not have a balcony, but the window was bolted shut and the bolt heads stripped so no amount of effort could open it.

Downstairs and central foyer is nice and relaxing with a constant stream running through it, which muffles a lot of foot traffic and occasional child outburst. Downstairs area has quite the expensive breakfast buffet and bar. Ironically, there's a Starbucks that offers really affordable coffee as well. I saw a couple vending machines that only accepted cards with no price listed.

View from almost any window is enjoyable, even if you're not a fan of golf. The pool area was always vacant of people, and at night little black kitties would scamper around. I wanted to catch one but I'm sure they'd find a way to charge me for it.

But the kicker for me, a computer geek, was WiFi being $13 a day. Come on. I've been to motels that charge $40 a night but have working coffee machines, free breakfast and WiFi, and windows you could open.
