TLC took full advantage of my mother and charged her 350$ to exchange a shower head purchased in advance. All 8 turns of a crescent wrench for 350$ deserves 0 stars, but I have to give at least 1 Star. They where there for all of hour and half. 0/5 stars for lack of customer service
