I signed up for ADT on Oct 1,2020 and I was advised 138 and then the monthly billing will be 64.99. I was charged 138.35 on Oct 1 and Oct 8 I was charged 125. I wasnt advised of the 2nd charged right after the 1st charge of the 138. After calling the ADT they advised that they dont see a charge of 138. I advised the 1st charge was from ADT safe haven and then the 2nd charge was for ADT security. After I was transfer over from ADT to Safe Haven, I explained what happened and they advised that they charged for the 125 for the last part of Oct and then for the Nov about 8 days after the charge of 138. Again I was not advised of the 2nd charge. I advised them to remove b/c I get paid once a month. They advised no. I asked them to change the due date they advised no. I ask them to disconnected services and they advised NO b/c I am after the 3 days of signing. We signed on Sept 30 and nothing was installed till Oct 2.
