Arrived at airport but no representative where adv...

Arrived at airport but no representative where advised. Called emergency number on ticket which was only sent this week & told they don t run shuttle services to this airport. Called Hoppa & after being held why they called local taxi was told that no-one was available & I d have to find alternative travel. Absolutely disgusted at this pre-booking no-show & lack of communication. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!! Seeking compensation for this.
