I usually have great food and a good experience here. Today I ordered a sandwich which didn't include tomatoes. When I told them my sandwich shouldn't have tomatoes, their response was "are you allergic?"
Why do restaurants think it's ok to just pull off an ingredient and send the sandwich back out? You made it wrong, you need to remake it. Regardless of if I have an allergy or if I just don't like the taste of tomato.
