Seller told me a bucket would fit the excavator I was purchasing. When I went to pick up the equipment it was clear that I bought a bucket that was worthless to me.

I understand that PurpleWave is not at fault here, my problem with them is the complete lack of customer service from them. I contacted them 3 times in regards to the situation and was completely ignored. My total purchase was just over $35,000, any other business would have at least returned a phone call when spending that kind of money.
