Buying my car was an all day experience for my husband, but we knew they were busy and so that was not a major annoyance. However, when I came back from vacation last month, the hatchback would not open. I called to get an appointment to get it fixed and have a recall dealt with, but they were a MONTH out!! I told them that was a long time to wait with the back not opening. They didn't care and I was furious. I called the Subaru dealership in Centennial and they scheduled me for two days later, however it turns out that it's well known for the hatchback to be quirky and the nice gentleman was able to talk me through getting it to work again immediately. I will always have my car serviced in Centennial from here on out.
