Local Canadians cannot survive in this Company. TCS still believes in Indian Bossism culture, with no human rights. Also this Company resort to different ways to profit from Canda, initially by expoliting talented local Indian people. Esp, they hire Canadian Pr/Citizens who are Indian, to comfort their 99% Indian employees in Canada, and after period of time, they replace Indo-Canadians ( who try to resort to Canadian employee Culture) with Work permit holders from India (who will initially work like with no time bounds). Indo Canadians are let go abruptly, as they wont fit in to Indian mode working anymore and they are afraid to manage these resources. For the same reason, TCS wont hire local Canadians and even if hired, they cannot stay in this 100% Indian environment and will leave TCS, since most of the employess are very young 21-30 and they cannot mingle with other nationals ( TCS employees including TCS managers, speaks in their native languages in client locations with out consideration to other language speaking clients !!). Even those mangers who had served TCS for more than 10+ years left organisation with lots of bad feeling finally, for self respect. Canadian Government should oversee the employee rights and mass imports of Indian young employees in to Canada instead of giving opportunity to huge local young talents. (though they hire from campus occasionally, its very minimal compared. They have more than 10,000 employees in Canada who are mostly from India/Indian Born, barring very few other nationals. HRs in TCS are pure liars and neither trustworthy nor reacheable to employees. They hide so much from employees and mostly escapes from answering directly even in emails. The top management is also never reacheable and are maintaining a hierarchical olden Boss era. They will never listen to grievances of their reportees and a bad management folks.
