I live 5 states away.... this bank allows some fraudster to use a fake copy of my debit card (it has one of those "MAGICAL CHIPS" TOO! ya know the one, they're supposed to NOT let fraud happen...) and extract $200 from a NON CITIBANK RELATED ACCT!!! FROM 5 STATES AWAY!!!! BEST SECURITY EVER!!!
