Fair price.excellant customer service from all staff. Five stars.

A husband and wife team. We've been taking our pets there for a very long time. They are extremely caring, will take the time to get to know you and your pet. We have never felt rushed.
And when we had a very serious situation develope, their time and compassion was very heartfelt and needed.
They aren't the cheapest, but if you want your furry family member to be healthy and cared for, you'd be hard pressed to find better veterinarians than the Mark's.

They treat you with respect when you don't have much money.

Best pet clinic ever, ever mindful of us, our animal and for once listened to what we thought and didn't try to sell us

They did a great job at explaining what was wrong with our dog and how to fix it she really knows her stuff. I think we found our one and only vet.

I can see by other reviews for this place that my pup was not the first innocent animal to suffer at their hands,just awful.
Dr.Becky's EGO was the problem from the GET GO,her husband was my regular vet and was familiar with my dog,on the day I took my pup in he was not in the office,I asked to be rescheduled because I felt more comfortable with him. Dr Becky wasn't having that, she got offended and an attitude telling me she was just as good a vet as her husband (she actually took me to a back office to say these things to me,and to express her disapproval at me for complaining about their office being closed one morning when I needed to get prescription food for our other pup prior to this visit.
So let me get this straight: YOUR receptionist doesn't show to work and your office isn't open when it's supposed to be, one of my dogs goes hungry and you have the AUDACITY to give ME an attitude? MY time was wasted not YOURS!) EGO EGO EGO this woman knows NOTHING of customer service or HUMILITY.Such a stink was made about me wanting her husband and NOT her to see my dog that I finally said ok to her checking my dog out to find out what was wrong with her.
REALLY lady??!!! you are just as good a vet as your husband???!!! you had my dog suffer unecessarily for WEEKS and possibly contributed to her early death,UNBELIEVABLE. Ignorance and Ego are a very dangerous combo. I should have gone to another vet right then and there but I wanted to find out what was wrong with her so I could help her.I should've listened to my gut,my intuition,I will be forever haunted by this.
8 months ago she MISDIAGNOSED my pup and and a month later my dog was dead.She didn't run any tests to find out what was wrong with her,no blood test,no nothing. All she did is tell me my pup had a cartilage problem(she was limping and having trouble walking) and put her on Prednisone. When my dog's health continued to decline I called& was only told to keep the steroid going.I finally took her to another vet in Gresham who immediately ran blood tests and found her blood platelets were at a dangerously low level,he referred me to a specialist vet clinic( he did this RIGHT AWAY because he was not sure what was causing the platelet problem)the same day the specialist clinic found that it was due to an immune disease resembling Lupus in humans,her spleen by then was almost ruptured and I had to put her to sleep because she was suffering too much and could not be saved,she was only a year and a half old. The 2nd vet I took her to in Gresham,who ran blood tests IMMEDIATELY, could NOT BELIEVE the vets at Timberline did not order blood tests or take a more proactive approach, he was actually irate about it and recommended I report it to the state veterinary licensing board and our county's veterinary medical association, now that sounds more like a vet who truly cares about animals and his profession!. You don't have to be a rocket scientist,or even a doctor to realize and understand that if a dog that YOUNG is lethargic,not eating,whimpering in pain and losing control of her motor skills,there is something SERIOUSLY WRONG with her,and there was,this immune disorder was systemic and every part of her body was under attack,she suffered a great deal,for a totally UNNECESSARY length of time.Dr.Becky cared more about her ego and her pride than the health and life of my dog,instead of admitting she had no idea what was wrong with my pup she put her pride first,it's terrifying.If you trust your beloved pet to this place you are really GAMBLING.
The tragic loss or at least the length of suffering of my best friend could have been avoided. To add insult to injury,when I called YET AGAIN to express my concern for the rapidly declining health of my dog and the need for more testing to Dr.Merle her husband, he brushed me and the situation off like it was no big deal and basically told me they were washing their hands hands of it.DEPLORABLE.

These folks are all about caring for ur babies. Good Dr's and good staff make a stressful time for u a little easier. They truly have huge hearts and very compassionate about helping ur babies get well.

Not good. I waited there for 2 hours and still wasn't seen. I got there first, and placed my clipboard in their basket first. Then 5 other people came and set theirs on top of mine, and they took all them first. It should be the first one in the basket should be seen first. I had an emergency with my dog and they were making us all wait inside the car for what they expected 4 hours. They just had all the animals in the lobby at the same time. They need a better system.

Very informational, Never had a bad experience. The Vet is very Helpful in every aspect of my dogs health.

The staff is so kind and looked after my lost dogs until i could pick them up. Its small but very obvious they care. Only downside is google lists an incorrect phone number and i forgot to grab a correct 1 before taking my pups home

Great service and friendly staff!

I called around town looking for a vet to take a look at my senior cat when he started vomiting. They got me in the very next day and determined what was the problem. Then the scheduled be for a dental cleaning just a week later because my cat's teeth needed a deep clean. They did all the lab work needed and did a great job cleaning his teeth. They even have him a shot for the pain that would last a couple days. They took their time and explained everything in detail and were very patient with all of my questions.

Dr Becky handles like a boss. She knows whats up, she is caring understanding how you feel about your loved one. staff is professional. My Gojira pre kidney disease, bloodtest now on a special diet thats working! awesome Healthier happier, Today free dental inspection as she showed me how to chip away plaque build up. My siamese spirit animal is comfortable with place and so am I. I owe many hugs and thanks.

Been bringing my family pets here for over 30 years. The doctors have always been informative and helpful.

Dr. Becky takes the time to explain everything about your pet. She never rushes to get on to something else. You know the way you are treated by all staff that you and your pet matter to them.

Took our furbaby for teeth cleaning and all went well!

This Business is far from any standards that apply. I was told my dog had a skin infection and given Medication for such but had only been provided 3wk of Medication. The Vet said derictly That the infection would not reside from one batch of meds. An would most likely return. But my Animal Are in Great health and well manicured. So I looked into Skin infection for dogs which it states on WebMd takes 4-6mon to Fully dissipate. Following that I went back in an spoke to the Vet aswell as the Assistant. Neither replied to my comment on Recovery 4-6mon. after Providing my dog with all the Medication provided by the Vet my Dog had a Reoccurring inflammation of the Infection. so I called about improper Treatment. The vet stated I must have her see my dog again before providing more medication. but the Infection never had resided in the first place so I stated I will not be taking my dog back into facility as there looking to charge me everytime I do so. So I asked for proper medication without having to see my dog..The Vet assistant called back and verified I could get a refill for $50+ and after medication was gone would have to see the dog again before providing anymore meds. So for 6mon meds will end up costing me $300+ In visits/Medication for 1 issue which could be delt with in a effectively manner. I fill This company is over pricing Work. Adding cost last minute. I had a spade Surgery on my dog. ended up around $750. There are alot more reasonably priced aswell as helpful vets locally that will care for your dog as needed. I will never be returning to this business.

My 11 year old 23 lb terrier mix had a ruptured ACL. The vet that I usually take him to wanted him to have a TPLO surgery, which is very extreme. Involves cutting straight through the bone. That's a lot of trauma for an older dog. After doing a lot of online research, I learned that smaller dogs can get away with far less radical surgery called a lateral suture procedure. But my vet doesn't perform this surgery. So I found Timberland online. They were all very nice and professional. Thank God, all went well.

My dog was bit by a coyote and my vet clinic didn t have any openings for several days. I was told to take my dog to the ER. He s a rescue and he s very nervous in new and unknown places and I couldn t imagine him doing well in that environment. Instead I called around and Timberland had an appointment that same day. Shannon is the best receptionist. She understood our needs as I was able to pick up a mild sedative for my pup before hand which made the appointment go smoothly. They took great care of my dog and called a few days later to check in. Ill definitely go back.

I Love Dr. Becky, and so does my furbaby Biscuit. She is so sweet, kind and gentle. Biscuit gets excited every time we see her, which is every month. I'm sure we will be seeing her for a long time. Her staff are all very kind also.

Bring your pets here! I'm new in town and my dog starting yelping in pain for no apparent reason. Timberland was able to see my Kiki within a couple of hours. When Dr. Becky did the physical exam, I was surprised and comforted by how careful and thorough she was. After the physical Dr. Becky had three possible theories for what the issue could be and only recommended the quickest and simplest way to get the diagnoses. X-rays showed that Kiki actually had all three issues that Dr. Becky suspected may be causing her pain! Nobody tried to get me to test for everything under the sun - only what would most likely get results. They were kind and accommodating to a new and flustered pet mom. Again - bring your pets here!

Took our kitten to get fixed here. They were much more affordable than some of the other clinics I had looked at. They took very good care of her overnight and the staff are all very nice and friendly.

Dr. Merle was amazingly compassionate when I had to put my cat down. He found the tumor in 5 minutes, whereas the other vet ran hundreds of dollars of tests, and still couldn't pin down what was wrong.

Dr. Becky has been my shelties vet for years. Explains things thoroughly and she and staff are wonderful with the pets.

Husband and wife duo. Very nice owners and staff. Helpful.

Had to take a friends pet here in an emergency. They were helpful, professional, and very kind group of people. I d go here again if I had a pet that needed a vet.
