Diamond HHonors member- the service really is above all else. It's an EXTREMELY big resort, 75 acres, and really suited for couples. I'm here alone and finding things that are engaging for just me in property isnt the easiest. They're not super keen on leaving the property so no shuttles to Phuket, but that could be a language barrier when I asked. I feel like I've had better food at different properties. Loved the Italian restaurant, just too beautiful for words, and amazing poolside salads, sandwiches, etc, but the breakfast in the Panoramic lounge (not accessible to everyone) made me pretty sick. ThaiThai was also strangely bad? Could be just me. The resort really does cater to having a high class feel.
