The houses are not that great, very cheaply built, doors/walls are not plumb and the doors will open by themselves, the paint is super thin, cheapest floors I've ever seen (really they are no better than a sticker on the floor). Camillo will nickel and dime you to death, DO NOT expect to get any of your deposit back, they will rip you off for damn near every penny. We left the house in near perfect condition (not even very much normal wear and tear) and they took almost the entire deposit (a big thing was charging over $300 for paint). Will never rent from them again and would recommend anyone considering renting from them run as far and as fast away from this company as possible.
